Return and Refund Policy
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- Returned in the original packaging whenever possible
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Custom & Personalized Items
Because custom and personalized products are made specifically for you:
- Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We do not offer refunds for spelling errors, design choices, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
- Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order.
Exception:
If the item arrives damaged or we made an error, we will replace or refund the item.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives:
- Damaged during shipping
- Broken
- Defectively printed
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the damaged item
Once reviewed, we will typically:
- Send a replacement at no cost
- Issue a full refund
- Offer store credit (our choice depending on the situation)
Print Variations
3D printing is a manufacturing process, and minor imperfections are normal.
Examples include:
- Slight layer lines
- Minor surface texture
- Small color differences
- Tiny seam lines
- Very small dimensional tolerances (typically ±0.2–0.5 mm depending on the product)
These are not considered defects.
Color Disclaimer
Actual filament colors may vary slightly due to:
- Monitor settings
- Lighting
- Filament manufacturer variations
- Different production batches
Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed unless specifically stated.
Assembly & Use
Some products may require light assembly.
Customers are responsible for:
- Following any provided instructions
- Using products for their intended purpose
We cannot be responsible for damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper installation.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled:
- Within 12 hours of purchase if production has not begun.
Once printing has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows the package was lost by the carrier, we'll work with the shipping company to resolve the issue.
If tracking shows the package was delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Please check with neighbors or household members.
- Contact the shipping carrier.
- While we'll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow:
- 3–5 business days for us to process the refund.
- Additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect due to our error
We generally do not exchange products because a customer ordered the wrong size or changed their mind.
Additional Terms
- No guarantees for food safety unless you're specifically using certified food-safe materials and processes.
- Not intended for children under 3 if items contain small parts (choking hazard).
- PLA heat warning: Items printed in PLA may deform if left in hot vehicles or exposed to high temperatures.
- No warranty against normal wear and tear or damage from improper use.
- Customer responsibility for verifying dimensions before ordering if exact fit is important.
- Replacement parts may differ slightly in color if printed from a different filament batch.
